"I long ago came to the conclusion that even if I could put down accurately the thing that I saw and enjoyed it would not give the observer the kind of feeling it gave me. I had to create an equivalent for what I was looking at --- not copy it." Georgia O Keeffe.

The O'Keeffe's ideal is one I frequently use when I work through my creative process. How do I really feel about a topic and how would I create an equivalent to convey how I feel? How do I make this ideal work in modern day times?

Materials: Duck cloth, Equal sugar packets, nylon netting, dental floss and glass beads
